Step 1: Click on the rocket icon to go to your Sync page (fuchsia 1 in image below).
Step 2: Click on the blue Add New Sync Pair button (fuchsia 2 in image above). The Add New Sync Pairs screen will open.
Step 3: Click on Refresh Lists (fuchsia box and arrow in image above). Your lists will refresh.
