Your searches are labelled, so you can tell which is which.

Classic Saved Search (V1) --- just in case you need it for some reason but it is most likely irrelevant already.

PART I: SETTING UP A NEW API USER

Step 1: Log in to CCBChimp.

Step 2: At the top of the page you will see a banner notification which says: "We have a new application. You can try it by clicking HERE." Click as directed (gold arrow in image above).

You will be redirected to CCBChimp V2. Note the banner notification at the top of the page (brown box in image above) which says: "You are currenting using V2. Click here to switch back to V1." Click as directed (brown arrow in image above) if desired.

Step 2: Click the Edit under CHURCH COMMUNITY BUILDER (hot pink box in image above).

Step 3: Click on Edit again.

You will be redirected to the Authorize your CCB Account screen.

Step 4: Basically, you are going to create a new API user and link it to CCBChimp.

4.1 Brown box + #1 in image above

Create a new API User. Enable the 8 permissions shown. If you are not sure how to do this, click here.

4.2 Hot pink box, #2, + arrows in image above

Erase your old username and password. Enter your new API information. Click the yellow Authorize button.

4.3 Gold arrow + #3 in image above

Toggle on the switch. It will turn red.

PART II: Syncing

Step 1: Click on the X (see image above) to close the Authorization screen if needed.

Step 2: Click on Sync (rocket icon, hot pink box in image above).

CCBChimp will pull in your saved searches. You will see the current and new saved searches in this view (see image below).

TO ADD A NEW SYNC PAIR / SAVED SEARCH

Click on the turquoise Add New Sync Pair button (hot pink box and arrow in image above). The Add New Sync Pairs page will open (image below).


Classic Saved Search (V1)

Step 1: Log in to CCBChimp.

Step 2: Click on your name in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: From the dropdown menu, choose Integration.

You will be redirected to the Manage Sync Settings screen.

Step 4: Click the blue Edit this Page button.

You will be redirected to Step 3A where you can manually choose the sync option for each of your CCB Campuses, groups, and saved searches. Read more about how to do this here.
